How I build it:
Python with AI extraction (OpenAI, Claude or Gemini) plus rule checks on every field: totals add up, dates parse, required fields exist. Anything that fails a check is flagged for review, so bad data never slips into your sheet unnoticed.
I build extraction pipelines that verify results in code. In my AI voice-interview platform, every quote the AI extracts is checked against the original transcript before anyone sees it.
