Hi, I'm a seasoned civil engineer with experience in quantity takeoff, material take off, concstruction estimation and Bid preparation in several projects from USA. I have experience in all three domains (Interior, site & exterior). I use planswift for takeoff and prepare lump sum bid on excel sheets

Custom Project:

I am happy to take on any custom project with any arbitrary requirements that you would have. Get services for all CSI divisions except MEP. Main divisions include demolition, concrete, masonary, metal, earthwork, floor and wall finshes, wall assemblies etc.

 Delivery time:

The Delivery time depends on the scale of the project. But I will do my best to ensure that it is delivered in the least time possible. Most of the projects will be delivered within a two-day period.

All of my packages come with 2 revisions. Any addendum/ changes in drawings would be estimated free of cost.
