What exactly is an "AI agent" versus a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes actions - it calls your APIs, queries your database, makes decisions across multiple steps and completes a task end to end. If you want something that does work rather than just talks about it, you want an agent.
Which LLM should I use?
Depends on your task, budget and data sensitivity. I work with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, xAI and open-source models, and I'll recommend based on your actual requirements, not on what's trending. Self-hosted open-source is genuinely the right call for some regulated use cases.
Do you work with sensitive or regulated data?
Yes. I've built systems for banking, healthcare and compliance clients. I'll sign an NDA, and I can architect for self-hosted models so your data never leaves your infrastructure.
Will I own the code?
Completely. You get the full source, and I don't retain any rights or reuse your logic elsewhere.

That's the best possible first message. Tell me the business problem, not the technical solution, and I'll tell you whether AI is even the right approach. I'd rather turn down a bad fit than deliver something you don't need.
What if the agent doesn't perform well enough?
Every package includes revisions, and Standard and Premium include an evaluation step measuring accuracy against your real cases before handover. We agree the success bar before I start.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes - Salesforce, internal REST and GraphQL APIs, Postgres, MongoDB, Snowflake, Redis, Kafka. This is exactly what I do in my day job.
