How do I give you access to my QuickBooks Online?
QuickBooks: Login into your QuickBooks Online account. On the right top, click the "Gear icon (cogwheel) -> Manage Users -> Accounting Firms From setting you need add user (at least standard or admin as per working need).
Can you prepare the financial statements in excel sheet or any other required format?
I will prepare your required financial statements in Excel, tailored either to your company’s existing records or a specific format you provide. If you need the statements in a format other than Excel or PDF, please let me know your preferred format before placing the order.
What are your requirements to prepare income statement and balance sheet?
To get started, I’ll need your company’s financial data—ideally in the form of a Trial Balance. If that’s not available, you can also share your bank statements or a list of transactions. Please note that if the data is unorganized or in raw form, it may require additional time beyond the package sc
What if we don't have trial balance for profit and loss / balance sheet
The prices mentioned in the package may differ if you don't have a Trial balance prepared (i.e the final figures for expenses and incomes and assets and liabilities) If we are working through bank statements this will have additional costs to make the numbers for the trial balance.
Can you share your email with us for data sharing or providing access to google Drive or to add in google sheets etc.
Sharing email depends on the need of the order, if we can complete the job without sharing such information then we will avoid it. But if sharing email is the only way to get access to the data and to execute the thing then I will share my email, but all the communication will be through Fiverr.
