FAQ
Q: Do you need my password?
A: No. Invite me as a “Website Manager” collaborator in your Wix dashboard (Settings > Roles & Permissions). You can remove me anytime.
Q: What if I don’t know what’s wrong with my checkout?
A: Message me before ordering with your store link and a screenshot of any error. I’ll tell you which package fits.
Q: What if the problem is with my payment provider account?
A: Some problems come from Stripe, PayPal or Square, for example an account that isn’t fully activated. I’ll tell you in my video review and guide you through it, but I can’t remove the provider’s restrictions.
Q: Does the 48-hour guarantee apply to everything?
A: It applies to checkout fixes only. Migrations and custom builds follow their own delivery times.
Q: Can you migrate my customers and orders too?
A: Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy and most others that let you export products. Message me if yours isn’t listed.
Q: Who pays for the Wix plan, apps and domain?
A: You do, directly to Wix. My price covers my work only.
Q: Can you build a custom feature with Velo?
A: Yes. Describe what you want before ordering, and for large features I’ll send a custom offer.
