Can you fix my OpenClaw if it's already broken or not starting?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages are designed specifically for broken setups. Common issues I fix include gateway crashes, Docker permission errors, API key rejection, port conflicts (especially port 18789), startup failures, and WhatsApp or Telegram disconnections. Send me your error message
Do I need a VPS or can you set it up on my local machine?
Both option work. Basic installations run on your local Windows, Mac, or Ubuntu machine. For 24/7 uptime and stability, a VPS (Hostinger, DigitalOcean, Hetzner) is strongly recommended. I can set up OpenClaw on whichever environment you already have, or advise you on choosing a VPS if you don't have
Which AI model will you connect to my OpenClaw?
I can connect Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4o (OpenAI), Gemini, DeepSeek, or local models via Ollama (which runs free on your own hardware without ongoing API costs). You will need your own API key from your chosen provider. I set up the connection, configure the environment variables, and test.
What messaging channels can you connect?
The most commonly requested channels are WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Discord, and Slack. Each requires a separate bot token or API credential (which you provide). I connect and test each channel included in your package. Signal, iMessage, and Teams are available in the Premium package on request.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
You will need to share your VPS SSH access (or local machine screen share), your API key from your chosen AI provider (Claude, GPT, or other), and which messaging channel(s) you want connected. A detailed requirement form is sent immediately after you place your order. Nothing happens.
Can you set up the Hermes Agent instead of or alongside OpenClaw?
Yes. Hermes Agent is a next-generation OpenClaw alternative with persistent memory and sub-agent routing. I can set up Hermes standalone or migrate your existing OpenClaw setup to Hermes with config, skills, and memory preserved. Add this to your order by messaging me before purchasing.
I've never used a VPS before. Can I still order?
Absolutely. Many of my buyers are non-technical. If you do not have a VPS yet, I can recommend an affordable option (Hostinger and Hetzner are popular for OpenClaw at $5–$10/month). I will guide you through the initial VPS creation and then handle everything else from there.
