I will build or fix a square or clover pos API integration

About this gig
Online orders that never reach the register, menus that drift from the POS, or payouts that do not match the orders?
I connect restaurant online ordering (website or Flutter app) to Square, Clover or Toast, or fix the integration you already have.
At Crave I shipped Square and Clover menu sync, order injection and payment reconciliation for a branded ordering platform used by multi-location restaurant brands. The usual breakage: modifiers, tips, taxes, voids, refunds and timing.
Depending on your package:
- Audit and fix one ordering-to-POS issue
- - Menu and price sync plus order injection for one location
- - The full path: sync, orders, payment reconciliation, mismatch report and go-live checklist
You receive the code as a pull request, acceptance tests run on a sandbox or test location, and a runbook for the staff who watch the orders.
Please have POS developer or sandbox access, the ordering system's code, and one location to test on.
Outside scope: POS hardware and printers, a new ordering app from scratch, delivery marketplaces unless scoped separately.
Not sure which package fits? Message me with your POS and ordering stack and I'll suggest one before you order.

FAQ
Which POS systems do you support?
Square, Clover and Toast through their APIs. Others such as Lightspeed or Revel on request, after I check what API access you have.
Can you work on a site built on WordPress, Shopify or a custom stack?
Yes, when the ordering logic lives in code I can change: custom Next.js or Node apps, Flutter apps, or a plugin boundary we agree on. Hosted builders with no code access are out of scope.
Do you need access to our live POS?
We start with a sandbox or developer account and a test location. Go-live on the real location happens with you present, with a rollback plan written first.
Do you handle DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub?
Marketplace order injection is a separate scope with its own API approvals. Message me with the platforms you use and I'll quote it.
What do you need from me to start?
POS developer credentials or a sandbox, the ordering app code, one test location, and a list of the menu items and modifiers that must sync.
