What data do I need to send?
A customer file (CSV or Excel) with one row per customer and a column showing who stayed or left. Extra columns like contract type, billing, or usage make the results better.
How many customers do I need?
Around 1,000+ customers works best. Basic supports up to 10,000 rows, Standard up to 25,000, and Premium up to 50,000. Have more? Message me and we’ll sort it out.
I don’t have a “churned” column. Can you still help?
Often, yes! If you have purchase or subscription dates, we can define churn together (for example, “no purchase in 90 days”). Message me before ordering and I’ll tell you if it works.
Do I need to know Python or machine learning?
Not at all! I explain everything in plain language and deliver results in Excel. Only Premium includes the source code, for teams that want it.
How accurate will the predictions be?
It depends on your data, so I won’t promise a number. You’ll get a clear summary of how well the model performs on your customers, and I focus on catching the customers who are actually likely to leave.
Is my data safe?
Your data is used only for your project. I’m happy to delete it after delivery, and I can work under an NDA if you need one.
What’s the difference between the packages?
Basic trains your model and scores every customer. Standard adds the main reasons customers leave and a ranked high-risk list in Excel. Premium adds deeper explanations, written retention advice and a model comparison.
