I will develop timesheet app for external staff using ms forms and power automate

This is a recommend solution for company who work on a project basis with different clients and have Microsoft 365 subscription plan. This solution is ready to deploy on Microsoft 365 tenant.

External staff can easily submit their daily timesheet request without login. Once timesheet form submit, power automate flow automatically trigger to save this timesheet form record into SharePoint list and send approval notification email to supervisor to get approval on this timesheet form.
