What documents can I upload?
PDFs, Word docs, text files, spreadsheets, and web content. Any text-based document works. Scanned image PDFs need OCR processing first which I can handle.
How accurate is the AI?
The chatbot answers ONLY from your documents with source citations. It does not make up information. If the answer is not in your documents, it says so honestly.
Can I add new documents later?
Yes. New documents can be added anytime. The AI learns from them automatically without rebuilding the system.
Where can the chatbot be used?
It can be embedded on any website, used as an internal tool, or accessed via API. I provide the embed code and setup instructions.
What information do I need to provide?
Your documents (PDFs, docs, or text), your brand colors (optional), and any specific instructions about how the bot should respond. A 15-minute call or message is enough to get started.
