FAQ
Do I need OBS installed already?
No. I can install it for you or guide you; having it installed already just saves time.
Which platforms do you support?
Twitch, YouTube and Kick. Multistream setup is included in the Premium package.
Do you need remote access to my PC?
For a full setup, yes — via AnyDesk or TeamViewer, in a live session in front of you. Some small fixes can be done from screenshots and instructions.
My PC is low-end and my stream lags — can you fix it?
Yes, I optimize the settings for your exact hardware and internet speed. If your hardware genuinely cannot support a setting, I will tell you honestly instead of promising the impossible.
