Can you guarantee my reservation?
No. Availability is determined entirely by the restaurant. My service covers contacting the restaurant, communicating in Japanese, and handling your reservation request. If your preferred time is unavailable, I will check alternative times according to your package.
Can you make reservations at any restaurant?
No. Some restaurants do not accept third-party reservations or may require direct credit card registration, deposits, or booking by the guest. If the restaurant’s rules prevent me from making the reservation, I will explain the situation clearly.
Do Japanese restaurants have cancellation policies?
Yes. Many do. Cancellation conditions vary by restaurant and may include charges for late cancellations or no-shows. Before I finalize a reservation, you must accept any important cancellation conditions communicated by the restaurant.
What should I do if I need to cancel?
Contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to inform the restaurant before the cancellation deadline. Additional work after the original reservation may require an additional service fee.
Who pays the restaurant’s cancellation fee?
The actual guest is responsible for all cancellation and no-show fees. If the restaurant charges me because I made the reservation on your behalf, you agree to reimburse the full amount through Fiverr.
What happens if I do not show up?
No-shows are strictly prohibited. They can cause financial loss to the restaurant and may make restaurants less willing to accept future reservations from international guests or reservation representatives.
Will you use your own credit card to guarantee my reservation?
No. I will never use my personal credit card, make a deposit, or accept financial responsibility on behalf of a buyer. If a card guarantee or advance payment is required, you may need to complete that step directly.
What contact information will be used for the reservation?
The reservation will be made under the actual guest’s name. If the restaurant requires guest contact information, I may ask for the minimum information necessary to complete the booking. Please do not send me your credit card number.
What happens if the restaurant is fully booked?
I will check alternative times according to your package. With Premium, I can also research and suggest alternative restaurants.
How quickly will you contact the restaurant?
Once all necessary information is available, I will act as quickly as reasonably possible and contact the restaurant at the earliest appropriate time during its reservation hours.
