I Completed my masters in Human-Technology Interaction. As part of my course, I have performed usability evaluation for different application and generated report using various tools such as Observations, Interviews, Focus groups and to test user emotions while using products or service I have used SAM(Self-Assessment Manikin )tool. As part of my course and from some online courses I have learned distinct design methods such as Design thinking, Double Dimond model etc., and I can apply these concepts on products and services to generate value for both consumer and producer.
