No site will ever be 100% compliant, but per government mandate, all websites are now required to be more accessible for all users in regards to, but not just, The American's with Disabilities Act, WCAG 2.2 and the US Government's Section508 code.

Not doing so leaves a company vulnerable to litigation, whether frivolous or legitimate.
