Will I lose my Etsy reviews or sales history?
Your Etsy shop and its history stay exactly as they are. I'm building a separate Shopify store, not deleting anything. Reviews can be imported into Shopify as an add-on if the app supports it for your review count.
Should I close my Etsy shop once my Shopify store is live?
Not necessarily; many sellers keep both running, using Etsy for discovery and traffic while Shopify becomes their owned, higher-margin channel. I can advise on this based on your goals.
Will my product photos and descriptions transfer exactly?
Yes, all images, titles, descriptions, variants, and pricing are migrated as-is, then I apply your branding on top so the store doesn't look like a raw Etsy copy.
What does "inventory sync" mean?
It connects your Etsy and Shopify stock levels through a sync app, so you don't oversell if a product sells out on one platform. The sync app itself may have its own monthly fee, separate from my gig price.
I'm not very technical — can I manage the store after delivery?
Yes, I include a walkthrough so you're comfortable adding products and processing orders yourself.
Do you offer ongoing help after the store is delivered?
The Premium package includes 30 days of post-launch support. Ongoing maintenance or updates after that can be arranged separately.
