I convert PDF invoices to Excel or CSV using Python scripts I built myself. It's faster than manual data entry and catches errors automatically.

What you get:

• Clean Excel or CSV files with all your invoice data
• A log showing any files that couldn't be processed
• Standard fields: Date, Invoice #, Balance Due, Subtotal, Shipping, Total, Quantity, Rate, Amount, Bill To, Ship To

How it works:

1. Send me your PDF invoices (ZIP file is fine)
2. I run them through my extraction script
3. You get organized data ready for QuickBooks, Xero, or whatever you use
