Is my product suitable for using 3D technology to make promotional videos?
Yes, of course. Videos made with 3D technology can realize images that the camera cannot capture, such as the expression of internal structure and the expression of the working principle of the product. Please contact me for a presentation plan.
Do I need to ship you a physical sample?
No. Product photos from a few angles are usually enough, and CAD, STEP or OBJ files make the result even more accurate. Nothing gets shipped, nothing gets stuck in customs, and your product is never at risk.
What if I only have phone photos?
That is fine for most products. I will ask for two or three extra angles if the shape is complex. If the photos are too low quality to model accurately, I will say so before you pay instead of guessing.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic 1, Standard 2, Premium 3. Revisions cover camera angle, timing, lighting, colors and on-screen text. A completely new concept or a new product counts as a new order. You can also add 2 more revisions for $40.
Who owns the final video?
You do. Once the order is delivered the animation belongs to you and can be used commercially on any platform, in any market, for as long as you like, with no extra fee and no attribution required.
Will it fit Amazon, TikTok and Instagram?
You get a 1080p 16:9 MP4 by default. Vertical 9:16 and square 1:1 versions are available, and multi-format delivery is included in Premium. Tell me your platforms before ordering so I frame the shots correctly.
