Do you make calls internationally?
Absolutely. Long distances charges might apply to the campaign so simply send me a message with which country and we'll go from there! There will be no extra charge for making cold calls to USA & Canada.
How do you count calls?
Each attempt will be counted as a call. Whether it is voicemail, invalid number, or I didn't get the best person over the phone. So if someone has two cell phone numbers and asked me to call both, it will be counted as two calls.
Do you record calls?
No, because it's illegal to record calls without permission. With my remarks, you can understand what happened on the call.
How will I know that you have made calls?
I will write detailed remarks on each call from your list. So you will get a clear preview of the call.
