FAQ
what do you need to get started ?
If you have an issue on your WordPress site, I'll require WordPress admin access. If the issue is in the backend, I'll also need hosting access. For issues on your HTML website, I'll need access to your website files.
What is the best way to show you my website bug?
I can figure out your issue more quickly if you can show me images and videos rather than text
Why are custom offers preferred over direct orders?
Custom offers are often preferred over direct orders for several reasons. When we discuss your needs before placing an order, I gain a deeper understanding of your requirements. This allows me to tailor my services to your specific needs and ensures that I can provide the best possible solution.
How long will it take you to resolve my website issue?
The timeframe typically varies depending on the task, but I usually resolve everything within 1 Hour.
