Answer: I specialize exclusively in Quickbooks Online (QBO). I am proficient with Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced versions.
2. How do you handle my sensitive data and company access?
Answer: The safest method is for you to invite me as an Accountant User to your QBO account. This grants me the access needed to perform the work without requiring your personal login credentials. All client data is treated with the strictest confidentiality.
3. My books are a HUGE mess! Which package should I choose for cleanup?
Answer: Most messy books require the Standard Books Cleanup & Catch-up package. However, the scope depends on the number of months and the number of bank/credit card accounts that need reconciliation. Please message me first so I can give you a custom quote based on the actual volume of transaction
4. Can you migrate my data from Excel or another system like Xero/Sage?
Answer: Yes, absolutely! This complex service is covered under the Premium (Full QBO Conversion & Cleanup) package. I will handle the data migration, ensuring all historical balances (Customers, Vendors, Chart of Accounts) are accurately transferred to your new Quickbooks Online file.
5. What information do you require from me to get started?
Answer: I primarily need your bank/credit card statements (PDF or CSV) and access to your existing QBO file (via Accountant User invite). For setup and conversion, I will need lists of your current Customers, Vendors, and Products/Services.
6. Do you offer ongoing monthly bookkeeping services?
