Which accounting software do you use?
I work in QuickBooks Online and Xero. I can also maintain books in Excel or Google Sheets if you do not use accounting software yet.
What access do you need from me?
Accountant user access to your QuickBooks Online or Xero file, plus bank and credit card statements for the month. I never need your bank login.
Do you offer ongoing monthly service?
Yes. Most clients order every month so their books stay current. Message me and we can set up a regular monthly arrangement.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. I'm happy to sign an NDA before we start, and your data is used only for your work.
How long does a cleanup take?
Most 1-3 month cleanups finish in 3-5 days. Multi-year cleanups get a custom timeline.
Will my books be ready for my CPA at tax time?
Yes. Books are reconciled and categorized so your CPA can file without extra work.
Do you work with Shopify, Amazon or Stripe sellers?
Yes. I record sales, fees, refunds and payouts correctly in QuickBooks or Xero.
What if I don't have accounting software yet?
I can set up QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave or Zoho Books and the chart of accounts for you.
