Gig Summary
About this gig
Looking for a hand drawn romance book cover that actually feels like your story and helps you sell more copies?
You're in the right place.
I illustrate every cover from scratch: no AI, no templates. Just custom artwork built around your characters, your tropes, and the emotions you want readers to feel at first glance.
I specialize in:
- Contemporary Romance
- Small Town & Sports Romance
- Dark Romance
- Young Adult (YA) and New Adult
- Paranormal & Fantasy Romance
If your book has tension, banter, angst, spice, or soft cozy vibes, I can translate that into a cover.
What you get with your order:
- Custom Illustrated eBook Cover: Tailored to your story.
- Professional Typography: Fits your market aesthetics.
- High-Resolution Files: Ready for KDP upload.
- Market-Aware Design: Feels on trend, not random.
Perfect for authors planning Kickstarter campaigns or Patreon rewards.
️
IMPORTANT: Please message me before placing an order. Share your genre, trope, and a short pitch. I will recommend the best package for your need

Hi, I'm Musab, a Character Concept Artist & Brand Designer with 6+ years helping authors, game developers, and founders turn ideas into visuals people remember.
I draw characters, concept art, book covers, and brand identities. And I draw because I love it, which means I care whether the work fits, not just whether it looks nice.
Every project starts with your story. Whether you're building a world, launching a brand, or publishing a book, I design around your vision, not templates or trends.
Got an idea that deserves real design behind it? I'd love to help you build it.

FAQ
What is the first stage of the work process?
Understanding you and your vision – What’s your book about? Who is your target audience? What emotions do you want the cover to evoke? This step ensures the design aligns perfectly with your story and its readers.
Can you create a custom original character based on my book?
Yes! I can design completely original characters, whether they’re human, alien, furry, hybrid, monster, werewolf, vampire, or anything else from any genre. Just share the details, and I’ll bring your character to life.
What are the dimensions of the designs?
For e-books, the standard size is 1,600 x 2,400 pixels, delivered as a high-quality PNG file, ready for EPUB and other online platforms. For print books, the typical size is 6” x 9”, but I’m happy to adjust the dimensions based on your specific needs. Just let me know what works best for you!
How do revisions work?
Once I deliver the final work, you can request changes by clicking the “Revision” button. Just let me know what you'd like to adjust, and I'll make the updates within 1-3 days. Revisions are always free, but I aim to get everything right during the sketching phase to avoid major changes later on.
Can you illustrate my face or any person I want?
Of course! If you’d like to use your face or someone else’s as a reference for your book cover character, I can make it happen. Just provide a high-quality image, and I’ll ensure the likeness is captured beautifully.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes! For orders of three or more illustrations, I offer a 20% discount, plus free commercial rights as a bonus. I appreciate bulk projects and love collaborating on bigger creative visions!
Will you use AI to generate art for my cover design?
No, all my cover designs are fully hand-illustrated by me. I don’t use AI—every detail is crafted with skill and creativity based on your references and vision.

Musab made assumptions about what I wanted without checking in with me first, which meant the initial result didn't match what I had in mind. He also only started actually creating the work one day before the deadline, even though I had repeatedly asked beforehand if he could show me something in progress....
