What if I'm not happy with the plan?
Your satisfaction matters to me. Every package includes revisions (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard & Premium), so if something doesn't fit – your schedule, available equipment, or a specific exercise – just let me know and I'll adjust it. Most concerns are solved with a quick tweak.
What if I don't have a training plan yet?
No problem – I'll build you a brand-new, individual plan based on your onboarding answers.
What's the difference between a new plan and an audit?
A new plan is built from scratch for your goal and schedule. An audit reviews your existing plan and shows you exactly what to change. Basic includes either one – just tell me which you need.
How does the chat support work? (Standard & Premium)
For one month after delivery you can message me here on Fiverr or WhatsApp with any training questions and I'll guide you. I typically reply within 24 hours on business days.
Which exercises should I film? (Premium)
Ideally your main lifts: squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press or row. You can send up to 5 videos within your support month.
Do I need to send videos?
Only for the Premium package. For Basic and Standard, your plan and training history are enough.
