Do you offer background music for my greeting?
Yes! I can add licensed background music to your greeting / on hold message for an additional fee per track. I will mix music into the voiceover. If you need multiple files or tracks, contact me for a custom quote.
What's included in a Revision?
I will include a revision for any errors/mispronunciations on my part. Script changes or complete changes of direction are additional.
How do I upload my file to my voicemail?
Every service is different so please check with your provider before ordering. I do not have instructions on how to upload your file for your particular service. Thank you!
What is Split file/Separate File?
A basic order comes with One File. If you need more than one file for extensions, etc., as long as it is one Business - You would just select the Split Files options ($5 for up to 5 files/ $10 up to 10 files etc). You can select multiples of this extra.
