What do I need from you to get started?

Do I need to message you before placing an order?
Yes, always. Every store has different requirements theme, existing plugins, product types, and customization needs. Message me first and I'll confirm which plugin fits your setup best and whether your requirements fit the package, so there are no surprises after ordering.
Which product customizer plugins do you work with?
I set up and configure Fancy Product Designer, Lumise, Zakeke, and WooCommerce Product Addons. If you're unsure which one suits your store, message me and I'll recommend the right fit based on your products and budget.
What is included in each package?
Each package covers plugin installation, configuration for the number of products listed, text and image upload setup, color and variation support, and mobile optimization. Custom development, design work, or integrations beyond the plugin scope are not included unless agreed upfront.
Which themes and page builders are compatible?
Most major WooCommerce-compatible themes work fine Flatsome, Astra, OceanWP, Divi, Elementor-based themes, and others. If you have a heavily customized theme or conflicting plugins, message me before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
What is NOT included in each package?
Packages don't include the plugin license (you purchase it, ~$50–100 one-time), theme redesign, custom plugin development, product photography, or content writing. If you need something beyond the package scope, message me first. I'll send a custom offer so there are no surprises.
What if my request turns out to be bigger than the package I ordered?
I'll pause and send you a gig extra or custom offer covering the additional scope before doing the work. This keeps the project clear for both of us. That's also why I ask everyone to message me before ordering 2 minutes of chat prevents 100% of scope problems.
