Digital ocean is cloud solution to host your application on cloud. You can host your website / app services or any stuff on your virtual private machine (VPM) offered by them . I can also set things on AWS.
What makes digital ocean unique is their cheap pricing ($5 per month for VPM) , good support and full developer control.
I have experience setting up:
crons, systemds, init scripts
I can also connect it with yoour bitbucket/gihub account and set automatic deployment scripts.
How much do you spend on shared hosting ?

I am only charging for setting server , database and other necessary softwares (lamp stack). You will pay for private cloud machine yourself (Either its AWS EC2 or Digital ocean).
