How will the AI know about my specific products and policies?
I don't use generic AI. I custom-train the bot using your website's data, product catalogs, FAQ pages, and return policies. The bot will act as an expert on your store and will strictly follow your brand's rules and tone of voice.
Are there any monthly fees or hidden costs after delivery?
My gig covers the complete development and integration of the bot. To keep the bot running, you will just need your own OpenAI API key. The API cost is extremely low (usually just a few dollars a month, depending on your store's traffic) and is billed directly by OpenAI, not by me.
What happens if the AI cannot answer a customer's question?
