• Managing issue types, screens, permission, security levels schemes for custom projects
• Schedule and customize emails and notifications
• Manage users, groups, project roles & global permission
• Managing and Customizing Workflows including validations, conditions, and post function and fields to capture Required Information
• JQL shared filters & dashboards
• Automate rules, transitions, issues, and updates.
• Bulk changes & CSV IMPORT
