What is your design area of expertise?
I am an expert in all design work and will correct and set your files based on each particular need, based further on the industry and method of printing
How can I know that If I give you a one thousand page book or a big project I can get imposed or stepped files within agreed timeframe?
Good question, Worry no more. I use Pitstop Pro for automated bleed, size and other processes correcting and then for imposition I use KODAK Preps imposition software, Automated as well.
What design software are you comfortable working with so I can know how to send my files?
I am fluent with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. However you can always best send the job in High quality pdf. If you have the files in InDesign, Package them to give you IDML, Pdf, Indd, Links and Fonts and document info. For Illustrator Curve the fonts. Alternatively let's discuss.
In the basic Package, How many projects can you handle within 24hours?
I can handle 10 jobs in 24 hours with only minor edits like bleed and colour corrections. However let's discuss before so that we understand the scope of work
What is the most likely mistake that print experts forget to check and you are sure it can mess my job terribly?
All other mistakes can pass but the deadliest mistakes I usually check is overprinted white, Overset text, Stray points, Postscript errors, Meta data, Fill-in, locked objects and hidden objects. I will address all these issues to ensure best prepress and post-press quality.

Sure! 1. Bronze - No imposition but preflight + print ready pdf provided. Limited to 10pages. 2. Silver -Preflight + Imposition but limited to 100 pages +Print ready pdf 3. Gold - Preflight + Imposition + Print ready pdf +unlimited edits and number of pages -Source files on request for all packages
I need some edits like vectorizing, retyping of some scanned and blurred text as well as photo retouching. Can you do that?
Yes! but this will cost you extra. I have indicated in the EXTRA GIG service, and that will be minimum US.$5 and every extra graphic will attract US$.0.03. This service is only available on The Bronze Package UNLESS, in the SILVER and GOLD editable graphics is less than 20. Contact me beforehand.
