Do I have to pay ongoing monthly fees to you?
No, I only charge a one-time development fee. You will only be responsible for your own direct software costs (like your n8n cloud subscription, Twilio/WhatsApp fees, and OpenAI API usage).
Can the AI check my actual calendar before booking a client?
Yes. The n8n workflow queries your live database or calendar API in real-time. It only offers time slots that are genuinely available, completely eliminating double-bookings.
What happens if a customer asks a question the AI doesn't understand?
We build a "Human Handoff" safety net into the workflow. If the intent is unrecognized or the user is frustrated, the bot gracefully pauses itself and pings you or your staff on a dashboard or via Slack/email to take over.
Where is all the customer and booking data stored?
You own your data. I do not lock you into a proprietary platform. We will route all chat logs, patient details, and appointment records directly into your database, CRM, or Google Sheets.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance after the system is built?
The system is designed to run automatically without mandatory ongoing fees. However, if you want peace of mind, I offer optional monthly maintenance retainers where I handle API updates, prompt optimizations, and server monitoring for you.
Do I need technical experience to run this system once you deliver it?
Not at all. I build the architecture so you don't have to touch the code. I will provide a handover guide (included in the Premium tier or as a Gig Extra) showing you exactly how to view your bookings, update your AI's knowledge base, and manage your dashboard.
