Does your package include hosting and domain charges?
No, you should already have a domain and hosting subscription. I can help you set them up if needed, but these are separate from my design and development charges.
Will you write the content for the website?
No. This is not a content creation gig. All website content must be provided by the client. If content is not ready, I can use ChatGPT-generated placeholder text that you can replace later. Copywriting is not included.
Do you provide licenses for the themes and plugins used?
No. Any premium theme or plugin must be purchased separately by the client for lifetime updates and support. I primarily use free themes and build custom websites.
Do you design graphics for the website?
No. This is a WordPress development gig, not a graphic design gig. All graphics must be provided by the client or can be created for an extra charge.
What if an issue occurs after order completion? Will you make revisions?
Yes, contact me within 14 days of delivery. Free revisions are available during this period within project scope. I am not responsible for issues reported after 14 days.
What if I lose or accidentally delete part of my website?
I cannot take responsibility for data loss due to user error or malfunctioning plugins/files installed after delivery.
What are the ongoing costs to keep my website live?
Domain: ~$10/year (client-managed) Hosting: ~$4–$10/month (client-managed) Elementor Pro: Free first year, $30/year after (except Basic Package) Additional Plugins: Must be purchased by client
Will you provide a website guide or tutorial?
Yes, I offer a Personalized Website Tutorial as an add-on, including a video or document to help you manage and maintain your website independently.
Is blog setup included in all packages?
No, the blog setup is not included in Basic and Standard Packages. It’s available as a separate add-on. Please check each package description carefully.
Can you migrate or transfer my existing blog to the new website?
Yes, blog migration is available as a separate service. Contact me to discuss details before placing the order.
