Great job! I appreciate how you worked independently, scheduled sessions directly with the student without unnecessary involvement on my part. The weekly updates on his progress were very helpful, and the employee's English skills have improved markedly.

Great communicator and my friend taking the lessons tells me she is a very good teacher. My only complaint is that, because of the the way the milestones are organized for a long-term contract, I'm being asked to pay for services that haven't yet been rendered.
