FAQ
Do I need to give you my QuickBooks password?
No. Please never share your password. Invite me as a user with accounting access instead, or send Excel/CSV exports of your transactions and bank statements.
How do you keep my financial data confidential?
I use your data only for your order, don’t share it with anyone, and delete my copies after delivery if you ask me to.
Can you work with software other than QuickBooks?
My main system is QuickBooks. For reconciliations and clean-up I can also work from Excel or CSV exports. I have previously worked with various ERPs; Message me before ordering if you use another system, so I can confirm I can help.
What if I have more transactions or accounts than the package includes?
Add the extra transactions or accounts when you order, or message me for a custom quote.
Do you do tax filing?
This gig covers bookkeeping, reconciliation and clean-up only. Tax filing is not included, so please message me if you need tax help. Tax filling is for Kenyan Nationals only.
