Do you guarantee that I will raise funding?
No. Nobody honestly can. Funding depends on your business, your market and the investors. I make sure your documents and numbers are accurate, clear and credible, and I tell you openly where investors are likely to push back.
Which package should I choose?
Basic: if you are early and want a one to one consultation on whether you are ready and what to fix first Standard: if you already have a teaser, memorandum or model and want them reviewed, with a full report of gaps and fixes Premium:if you need the documents created from scratch: investment teaser
Is my business information kept confidential?
Yes. I use what you share only for your order, I don’t share it with anyone, and I can sign a short confidentiality agreement on request. Please don’t send passwords or banking logins. Documents and exports are enough.
Do you give valuation or investment advice, or find investors for me?
No. I prepare and review your documents and financial model and advise on readiness. I don’t value your company, recommend investments or act as a broker. I can tell you what investors typically ask for so you’re prepared.
What will I receive, and in what format?
You’ll receive your deliverables as Word or PDF documents (teaser, memorandum, analysis report) and an Excel workbook with live formulas for any financial model. Premium orders also include a presentation deck and an organised deal room folder and three revisions of the documents.
