Will I be able to upload the file straight to Spotify?
Yes, the file I'll send you is within all of Spotify's requirements - all you'll have to do is upload it!
Can you animate a cover art I already have?
Sure, I can do subtle animations for this gig (refer to ad) however, you must have the .PSD file or at least a .PNG image. If you only have a single layer image then I can't do much :(
