What is the Source file?
I can give you Adobe XD or Figma or PSD files as well but you need to confirm with me first about the file format.

No, it is not necessary to provide wireframes or a detailed workflow. However, if you have them, please share them with me. If you don't have them, we can discuss your project in detail and I will create wireframes or workflows based on your requirements.
