Ever wonder who or where in the world are your people? So did I!
I began researching my own family genealogy nine years ago. I have reviewed thousands of public records, added hundreds of relatives to my family tree, traced my lineage up to five generations in the United States and the Caribbean, and uncovered zany and inspiring family stories along the way. Using web-based resources and my own ingenuity, I will apply that same passion to conducting research for you. As an ethical researcher, I will keep all of your personally identifiable information confidential.
It is amazing what you can discover about your family and yourself while reaching back through history. African Americans and African Caribbeans have endured discrimination, wars, colonization, enslavement, and more. Our families have been historically and systematically torn apart. Let me help you start bringing your people back together. If you have already begun your genealogy research and gotten stuck, I may be able to help you find a fresh perspective and get the ball rolling again.

Are results guaranteed?
No. Genealogy research can be unpredictable, but I will do my best to find as much information for you as I can. Purchasing a Zoom tutorial may give you the peace of mind and confidence to continue researching on your own.
What information would you need from me to get started?
To get started, tell me any oral family history you feel comfortable sharing related to your genealogy focus, any information about your ancestors that you feel sure of (i.e. names, birth/death dates, locations, names of parents/siblings/spouses), and what you are hoping to learn about your people.
What can I expect to receive from your service?
I conduct web-based genealogy research using available public records I can access. My premium package includes a Direct Line Family Tree, complete with sources and photos of the public records found that support the listed family connections, delivered via a downloadable pdf.
My project is a little different. Do you honor custom orders?
Yes! I am amazed at all the different ways I have helped people use genealogy research to support their endeavors. I am familiar with several genealogy research platforms and willing to learn new ones. (Manual family tree data entry is available for an additional fee.) What do you have in mind?
Why does the Zoom tutorial take 7 days?
We all have busy lives. The additional 7 day window allows us to schedule a conference time that works well for everyone. The actual length of your conference will be the amount of time you select at checkout.
