What information do you need from me?
Please send your departure city, destination, travel dates, number of travelers, and the points, miles, or transferable credit card rewards you currently have. Also include your travel preferences i.e. budget friendly or all inclusive hotels, nonstop or lowest out-of-pocket for flight, etc.
Do you guarantee award availability?
No. Award availability changes constantly and can disappear quickly. I will research the best available options at the time of your search and provide alternatives where possible.
Will you book the trip for me?
I provide research, redemption options, transfer guidance, and clear booking instructions. You remain in control of transferring points and completing the final booking.
Can you search for more than 2 travelers?
Yes. Select the Family/Group Award Search extra for 3–5 travelers. Award availability is often more limited when multiple seats are needed.
Can you search flexible dates?
Yes. Select the Flexible Dates extra and I will search up to ±7 days from your preferred dates for additional award opportunities.
Can you tell me whether using points is actually a good value?
Yes. When relevant, I can compare redemption value, taxes and fees, and alternative booking options so you can make an informed decision.
Why don’t you provide a PDF presentation?
Because award availability can change very quickly, I prioritize getting useful information to you promptly rather than spending valuable time creating an elaborate presentation. Your award redemption options will be sent simply as a word document with organized step-by-step booking instructions.
