Which package should I choose?
Basic if one thing is broken. Standard for a 3 page Elementor redesign. Premium for a full 7 page rebuild with WooCommerce and speed work. Not sure? Send me your URL and I will tell you exactly what it needs before you order.
Do you do both redesign and bug fixing, or do I need two orders?
Both. Basic covers a single bug fix. Standard and Premium cover full redesigns and include bug fixes during the build. If you need a redesign plus separate unrelated repairs, message me and I will quote it all in one custom offer.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your site URL, wp admin login, and a short description of what you need built or fixed. For redesigns, also send 1 to 3 reference sites you like plus your logo, brand colors and fonts if you have them.
Will you work on my live site? Is that safe?
Yes, and safely. I take a full backup before any change. If anything goes wrong the site is restored immediately. For larger redesigns I can work on a staging copy so your live site is never touched until you approve.
How fast can you fix a WordPress error?
Most single bug fixes are delivered within 24 hours. Complex multi issue repairs take 2 to 3 days. If your site is down and you need it handled now, add the 24 hour express delivery extra.
Do you work in Elementor or another page builder?
Elementor is my primary builder and what I recommend for speed and long term flexibility. I also work in WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg and most standard themes. Tell me what your site runs on and I will confirm before you order.
What if my project needs more pages than the package includes?
Add extra pages at $20 each from the gig extras, or message me and I will send a custom offer covering the full scope. For projects over 10 pages a custom offer is almost always better value.
