Most training programs are designed for a perfect life with zero stress.


As a current Chemical Engineering student, handling lab hours and lectures, I don't have the luxury of 3-hour gym sessions.


When I tried to force that generic model, I hit a wall, burned out, so I had to build my own way of training so that I don't sacrifice my career while maintaining my performance in the gym.


I am going to create a Training Program tailored to your lifestyle and work schedule just like how I've created mine.
