What is logo transparency or PNG file?
PNG file has no background. It's a fully transparent background format. So you can upload the same on website, on your banners, blog etc.
If I buy a logo from you do you provide full rights for the design?
The moment the order gets completed by delivering the source files successfully you will have full rights of the design as per fiverr TOS we don't hold any right over design.
What is vector or source file? is there any difference?
Vector file formats are for editing and creating multiple file formats for future designers, You can edit it in Adobe Illustrator (Ai & EPS). It is source file which can be scaled up to any dimension keeping the quality intact. We share Ai,EPS,PDF file format for stationary & logo But PSD web use
What is included in gig extra for Social media and Stationary Package?
We provide 2 amazing packages that is Social Media Kit & Stationary. In Social Media package you will get unique 1 Banner for each-Facebook, YouTube, Twitter & Google+. And in Stationary Package you will get 1 design of Business card(one name card), Envelope & Letterhead designs.
When will I have my source files?
You will get your source file once you finalize anyone of the design from the variety of options we do shared.
What if I don't like designs in the first draft?
If you don't like the designs sent initially, you always have the option to request modification and if you don't like the design at all, you can request a REDO for sure! But you will have to share your like and dislikes of the designs we sent and do share exact mock up/draft to know your taste
What is the difference btw REDO and REVISIONS?
Redo means you do not like the design and want to start from scratch, giving birth to a completely new one. But revisions means change in colors, fonts and layouts only. For redoing from scratch we do charge a extra nominal fee if a mockup is not given initially.
