GOOGLE FORMS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATIONS OR SURVEYS

I will create a Google Form for online registrations that will collect and store data for later use. The data ranges from Name, email, address, age e.t.c.

With this ProfessionalGoogle Form, people can register for your events, survey, marketing campaigns, seminars, alumni meetings, questionnaires, workshops, and training and you use their data for follow-up.

You can get results in the form of a Spreadsheet, and a copy will be sent to your email

This form is easier and cheaper compared to a Php or Asp-powered form that requires a database. I will do my best to finish the job within 24hrs but revisions might take some time depending on what you want, so I set the delivery time to 2 days.

It can serve as a registration form, application form, or contact form

Details I need to create your Form:

1. Data you"ll like to collect. e.g name, email, address...

2. Your logo or banner (if any)

3. Your Personal email (Gmail preferably)

4. Congratulatory message after successful form submission. i.e " Your form was successfully completed! "
