FAQ
Do I need to install or pay for any new software?
No. Everything runs inside the Google Sheet you already use, so no new platforms or subscriptions. The only external cost is your own Anthropic (Claude) API usage, usually a few dollars a month for typical reporting volumes.
Why not Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Those add a separate platform to learn, log into, and pay for monthly. I write the automation directly into your spreadsheet with Google Apps Script, so it stays in a tool you already own.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. The script runs inside your own Google account. I never store your data, and we can build and test on a copy of your sheet with dummy numbers.
Do you actually understand finance, or just the code?
I have a finance/economics degree and hands-on experience running financial data workflows, so I understand P&L logic, reporting structure, and what a client-ready summary looks like. (To be clear: I build automation and drafts, I'm not a CPA and don't provide accounting or tax advice.)
What do you need from me to start?
A copy of your Google Sheet (or its structure - dummy data is fine), a description of the report you want automated, and one example of the finished output.
Can the AI write in my tone or my client's language?
Yes. The prompts are customized to your voice and can generate reports in multiple languages.
What if it breaks or Google changes something?
Basic includes a fix window via revisions; Standard and Premium include more. You can also add 30-day post-delivery support as an extra.
