Do I need to install or pay for any new software?
No. Everything runs inside the Google Sheet you already use - no new platforms, logins, or monthly subscriptions like Zapier or Make. The only external cost is your own Anthropic (Claude) API usage. For a small nonprofit that is usually just a few dollars a month.
Why don't you use n8n, Zapier, or Make?
Those tools add a separate platform your team has to learn, log into, and pay for. I write the automation directly into your spreadsheet with Google Apps Script, so it stays in a tool you already know and own.
Is my donor and financial data safe?
Yes. The script runs inside your own Google account. I never store your data, and we can build and test on a copy of your sheet.
