Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Every bug and codebase is different. Please send the issue description, technology, error logs, screenshots or video, and steps to reproduce it. I will review the scope and recommend the correct package.
Which mobile app technologies do you support?
I work with Android, iOS, Flutter, and Kotlin Multiplatform projects using Kotlin, Java, Swift, Dart, Jetpack Compose, Firebase, REST APIs, and related mobile technologies.
What types of mobile app bugs can you fix?
I can fix crashes, ANRs, build errors, UI and navigation issues, authentication problems, Firebase errors, API failures, notification issues, storage problems, performance issues, and device compatibility bugs.
Do you need the application source code?
Yes. Complete source code or repository access is normally required to diagnose, modify, build, and test the application. An APK, AAB, or IPA file alone is usually not sufficient.
Does my project need to build and run before ordering?
Not necessarily. I can investigate build errors, but you must explain the current project condition. Existing unrelated problems discovered during the work may require a separate estimate.
Does one package include both Android and iOS?
Each package covers one existing project or codebase. A shared Flutter or KMP issue may cover both platforms when applicable. Separate native Android and iOS projects are separate scopes.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to the originally agreed bug fix. Additional bugs, new functionality, redesign requests, or unrelated changes are not revisions and require a separate estimate.
Can you also add new features to my application?
This Gig is specifically for diagnosing and fixing existing problems. New screens, integrations, user flows, or other functionality should be ordered through my separate feature development Gig or a custom offer.
Can you fix backend or server-side problems?
This Gig primarily covers mobile application code. Mobile-side API integration issues may be included within the agreed scope. Backend, server, database, or API development requires a separate estimate.
Can you submit the fixed app to Google Play or the App Store?
Yes. Submission to one store is available as an extra service. You must provide the developer account, signing access, and required store information. Store approval cannot be guaranteed.
