I'm an infrastructure engineer at a cloud hosting provider. I build and run multi-node PVE clusters in production: Ceph, ZFS, HA failover, VLANs on 10G/40G, PBS backups, hundreds of VMs. Your home lab or business server gets the same care.
WHAT I DO
- Installs, upgrades (PVE 7 to 8 to 9), no-subscription repos, updates
- Networking: bridges, VLANs, bonds, pfSense/OPNsense as a VM, Tailscale/WireGuard
- Storage: ZFS, LVM-thin, Ceph, NFS/SMB, disk passthrough
- VMs and LXC: Windows, Linux, Docker, Home Assistant, Plex/Jellyfin, GPU passthrough
- Backups: PBS, scheduled snapshots, tested restores
- Clusters: 2-3+ nodes, quorum, HA, live migration
- Migrations: VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, VirtualBox or bare metal to PVE
- Fixes: boot problems, broken networking, full disks, failed nodes

FAQ
How do you access my server?
Your choice: a temporary SSH user, a Tailscale/WireGuard link, the Proxmox web console, or a screen-share session where you drive and I guide. I'll ask you to remove my access when we're done.
Can you migrate my VMware VMs to Proxmox?
Yes, that's the Premium package. I export from ESXi/vCenter, convert disks, fix drivers and networking, and test each VM before we cut over. Up to 5 VMs included; more as an extra.
Will my existing data be safe?
I take a backup or snapshot before every change and confirm restores work. I never wipe a disk without your written OK.
Do you work with mini PCs and old hardware?
Absolutely: Intel NUCs, Dell/HP micro PCs, old servers, Raspberry-Pi-adjacent gear. Tell me the specs and I'll tell you what it can realistically run.
