Can it answer my restaurant's phone number?
Not in these packages. It works from a button on your website or social media. Phone number setup is a custom offer, so message me first.
What if a customer asks something not on my menu?
It says it isn't sure and takes the customer's name and number, so you can call them back. It never makes things up.
Where do I see the orders?
On your own dashboard, protected with a password. Each order shows the items, name, phone, address and time.
Can I change my menu or prices later?
Yes. You edit your information on the dashboard yourself, any time, and it uses the new menu straight away
Does it take payments?
No. It takes the order details. Payment stays with your normal method (cash, card on delivery, or your own system).
Are there monthly costs?
: It runs on Cloudflare. Small restaurants usually fit in the free plan. Busier ones may need the paid plan (from about $5 a month), paid directly by you.
