No. Basic includes investigation, findings, and recommended next steps. If the cause cannot be confirmed within the agreed investigation, I will document what was checked and what further investigation is needed.
Can you fix every AWS issue?
I cannot guarantee a fix before reviewing the problem. Some issues depend on application changes, third-party services, missing data, or access outside the agreed scope.
Can you work on a live production server?
Yes, with your authorization and an agreed change window where needed. I will discuss disruptive changes and rollback options before applying them.
What access do you need?
Depending on the issue, I may need temporary, limited AWS access, server access, logs, or repository access. Do not provide AWS root credentials.
What if the problem is in my application code?
Deployment configuration changes may be included. Application feature development, extensive debugging, and code rewrites require separate scoping.
Are SSL certificates, domains, and AWS costs included?
No. You pay any AWS, domain, certificate, or third-party charges directly. A suitable free certificate can be configured when it fits the agreed scope.
Do you provide emergency or same-day support?

What does a revision cover?
A revision covers an adjustment to the agreed diagnosis or repair. New faults, additional servers, and unrelated issues are separate work.
