Will you guarantee a PageSpeed score of 90+?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Scores depend on your hosting, your theme and what your plugins do. We publish targets per package and tell you honestly, before you order, whether your setup can reach them. What we guarantee is the process.
What's the difference between lab scores and field data?
Lab scores are a single simulated test. Field data is what Google collects from your actual visitors over 28 days, and it's what ranking uses. A site can score 100 in the lab and still fail Core Web Vitals in the field. We optimize for the second one.
My site has thousands of pages. Does that cost more?
Usually not much. Most speed work is site-wide configuration that costs the same at any size. What scales is the number of distinct page templates, which is why our packages are scoped that way. Send us the URL, and we'll tell you which tier fits.
Will you touch my live site?
Not until you approve. We take a full backup, build on a staging copy, and push live only after you've reviewed it.
Do you use nulled plugins?
Never. Every plugin we use is licensed and receipted, and you get a written licence ledger listing each one.
What if my hosting is the problem?
We'll tell you. We diagnose and report TTFB and server response in writing on Standard and Premium, including when the honest answer is that no amount of optimization can fix a slow host.
