WHAT I EXTRACT
Vendor, invoice number, dates, line items, tax and totals. Scanned PDFs, photos, multi-page files, tables and mixed layouts.
HOW IT WORKS
You send 5 to 10 sample files. I build and test the extraction on your layouts. You get clean Excel, CSV or Sheets output plus the script.

How accurate is the extraction?
On clean files I reach 97 to 99 percent. I test on your own samples first and flag low-confidence fields for a quick manual check, so bad data does not slip into your sheet.
Can you read scanned PDFs and photos?
Yes. I clean up scans with OpenCV first, then run OCR and AI extraction. Tilted, low-contrast or multi-page files are fine. Very blurry photos may need a manual check.
Which output formats do you deliver?
Excel, CSV, JSON or Google Sheets. I match your column names so the file drops straight into your accounting or ERP import.
Can it run automatically on new invoices?
Yes, in the Automated package. I build an n8n workflow that picks up invoices from email or Drive, extracts the data and sends it to Sheets or your accounting tool.
